A one-off activity session in the Wightways private studio, supporting you to re-engage with activity, or take the first steps towards and active lifestyle.

Confidence Builder Programme

In my private studio, in your home, or out and about - I will be at your side as you develop sustainable activity habits. 

Four 1-hour activity sessions - Save 10% £144.00

Six 1-hour activity sessions - Save 15% £204.00

Eight 1-hour activity sessions - Save 20% £256.00

All sessions will include activity and mindset coaching. Additional mindset conversations can be added with prices starting at £50 per hour
