WOMEN-ONLY GUIDED TRAIL RUNS
I offer guided runs ideal for women who want to develop confidence running off-road or are looking to safely explore the Isle of Wight trails and footpaths.
Off road running can be a step into the unknown; whether you feel flummoxed by the navigation, are concerned about the terrain or just don't know how to start, I can plan a run to suit you.
As a qualified personal trainer, experienced trail runner, fully insured UK Athletics and Fell Runners Association Off Road Run Leader and certified outdoor first aider, your safety is always my primary concern. Routes are risk assessed and reviewed in advance.
Running or walking at a pace and distance which suits both you and the terrain, one-to-one or in small groups, I will support you whatever your goal; whether that is gaining confidence in trail running or taking in the spectacular views.
WightWays runs are relaxed, friendly and informal and an ideal way to experience the Isle of Wight UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
The Isle of Wight has an unsurpassed network of trails and paths that criss-cross the county through every town and village.
Routes can be planned to start and finish wherever suits you, and include particular landmarks, views or rest stops as required.
COSTS
One to one guided runs - £35 for two hours (up to 10 miles)
Group guided runs - £10/person for two hours (minimum of 4)
All prices include risk assessed bespoke route planning and navigation, GPX file of the route sent on completion, advance kit recommendations and the support of a qualified run leader
