I'm Rachel, a Healthy Habits Coach based on the Isle of Wight, helping women move more, eat well, and feel stronger — not through quick fixes, but through simple routines that fit real life.

Whether you're looking to rebuild energy, boost confidence, or just carve out time for yourself, I offer a range of affordable, accessible options to support your wellbeing.

What I Offer

Today, I coach women through:

  • My signature Five Healthy Habits programme – 6 weeks blending movement, nutrition, and mindset support

  • Fitness classes and wellbeing walks rooted in inclusion, strength, and community

  • One-to-one or small group habit support tailored to your lifestyle and goals


  • Guided trail runs - exploring the Wight ways, that inspire my work
  • Workshops and events that connect wellbeing with joy, confidence, and self-worth

I also work in collaboration with local venues and practitioners to make wellbeing accessible, sociable, and sustainable. Whether it’s a midweek walking group, a Sunday trail meet, or a day retreat with lunch and laughter, WightWays is about more than exercise. It’s about creating space to reimagine what health looks like for you.

Qualifications & Ethos

I bring the best of evidence-based practice and real-life empathy. I’m:

  • An EMCC-accredited coach (Practitioner level)

  • A CIMSPA-registered personal trainer

  • An England Athletics Off-Road Run Leader

  • Certified in nutrition, first aid, and adult education

But the most important thing? I live what I teach. I know how it feels to start again in midlife. I understand the hesitations, the plateaus, and the power of feeling seen.
